By accessing and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in fines, expulsion from the premises, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by management.
A 50% down payment is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival, in accordance with resort policy. Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable.
You may rebook once without penalty. However, if you rebook or cancel within 7 days of your arrival—or request a second rebooking—a 50% inconvenience fee will be deducted from your down payment.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, only guests included in the confirmed booking headcount are allowed to enter the resort. Kindly ensure that your group is registered with complete names to help us provide a smooth and secure experience.
Only registered guests may remain on the property. Unregistered individuals are not allowed to stay or remain inside the resort.
If you plan to invite additional guests, please inform us in advance or upon arrival. The following additional guest fees apply:
Overnight (per person, includes use of extra bed):
• ₱500 – Adults
• ₱300 – Kids & Seniors
Daytour / Non-Overnight (per person):
• ₱250 – Adults
• ₱150 – Kids & Seniors
For the Party Package, the resort allows up to 100 guests during party hours only.
All party activities and party guests must conclude by 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, only registered overnight guests are allowed to remain on the property.
The standard overnight headcount is 16 persons, and all overnight guests must be registered with complete names.
If you plan to add extra overnight guests, please inform us in advance or upon arrival. The following additional overnight guest fees apply (includes use of extra bed):
• ₱500 – Adults
• ₱300 – Kids & Seniors
All additional guests are must be advised to the management and must comply with resort policies.
To help us maintain privacy, security, and a well-managed stay, we generally discourage inviting day guests for overnight bookings.
Should you choose to invite day guests, prior notice to management is required, and additional guest fees will apply if the total number exceeds the package’s included headcount.
Undeclared visitors may result in extra charges or policy violations.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the resort private, secure, and enjoyable for everyone.
For security, fairness, and compliance, guest swapping is not allowed for extended stays.
Only guests registered at booking may stay in the property.
Replacing, rotating, or adding guests during the stay is strictly prohibited, even if total occupancy remains the same.
Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.
Day visitors, if permitted, must be pre-approved by management.
Violations may result in additional fees, deposit deductions, or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
If you expect any changes to your guest list, please inform us in advance for approval.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required down payment. This amount secures your booking date and is deductible from the total balance.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the reserved date: 80% of the down payment may be refunded or credited for future booking.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 50% of the down payment may be refunded or credited.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date: Down payment is non-refundable.

We value commitment, but also understand that plans can change. Please inform us as early as possible so we can extend grace where we can.
Rebooking requests made at least 14 days in advance may be accommodated once, subject to availability.
Rebooking within less than 14 days of the reserved date may incur a ₱2,000 rebooking fee. Rebooked dates must be within 6 months of the original booking.
Failure to arrive on the booked date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.
In the event of typhoons, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control, bookings may be rebooked without penalty, subject to schedule availability.
