Terms of Use and Conditions

By accessing and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in fines, expulsion from the premises, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by management.

General Rules

Reservation and Payment
  • All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% down payment, with the remaining balance to be paid in full upon arrival, as per the resort’s policy.
  • A refundable security deposit of Php 2,000 is required upon check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in time:
    • 9 AM for Day Tour
    • 9 AM or 7 PM for Overnight Stay, Party Package Plus+
  • Check-out time:
    • 5 PM for Day Tour
    • 7 AM or 5 PM for Overnight Stay, Party Package Plus+
  • The Party Package has a flexible 8-hour venue use, with events concluding by 10 PM at the latest.
  • The Party Package Plus+ follows the same check-in/out times and guest limit as the standard Overnight Stay, party guests are welcome during the party time but must leave the resort by 10 PM.
Capacity Limits
  • Each booking is subject to the headcount inclusions: 30 pax for Day Tour, 16 pax for Overnight Stay, and 70 pax for our Party Packages.
  • Additional guests must be approved by management and may incur extra charges.

Safety and Conduct

Swimming Pool Safety
  • Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk; no lifeguard is on duty.
  • Shower first. Keep the pool clean for everyone.
  • Please supervise children at all times.
  • Not for pets. The pool is for humans only. Pets stay outside the pool area.
  • No eating or drinking in the pool. Keep the water clean and pool area tidy.
  • No diving. Protect your head and neck. 
  • No rough play and running. Keep it fun and safe for everyone.
  • Picking or throwing of decorative stones around the pool is strictly prohibited.
  • No peeing in the pool. Seriously, don’t do it!
Smoking and Alcohol Restrictions
  • Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside all indoor facilities and inside the resort proper vicinity.
  • We kindly ask that guests refrain from drinking alcohol on the premises. Alcohol intoxication and disorderly behavior are not permitted and may result in being asked to leave.
Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Guests are requested to keep minimal noise during this time to respect the comfort of others.

Property Use

Swimming Attire
  • All swimmers must wear proper swimming attire made of swim-safe materials such as nylon, spandex, polyester or lycra.
  • Cotton, denim, or any non-swimwear materials are not allowed, as they can compromise water quality and safety.
  • Swim caps and hair ties are recommended for those with long hair to maintain water cleanliness.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear swim diapers to prevent contamination.
Care for Facilities
  • Guests are expected to use all resort facilities and equipment responsibly, maintaining cleanliness and order in the property.
  • Rearrangement of rooms and furniture in the resort is not allowed without the management’s consent.
  • Misuse, damage, or theft of property will result in fines equivalent to the repair or replacement cost with additional inconvenience charge.
Prohibited Activities
  • Bonfires, fireworks, and open flames are not permitted unless approved by management.
  • Illegal activities, including drug use and gambling, are strictly prohibited.
  • Destruction of plants or landscaping in the garden is strictly prohibited and will incur fines based on the damage assessed.
Trash Disposal
  • Guests are requested to segregate and dispose of trash in designated bins. Improper disposal may result in additional cleaning fees.

Fines & Penalties

  • Smoking in prohibited areas: Php 1,000.
  • Alcohol-related misconduct: Php 1,000.
  • Violation of pool safety rules: Php 1,000.
  • Undue 
  • Damage to property or facilities: Repair or replacement cost and forfeiture of security deposit.
  • Destruction of plants or landscaping: Assessed damage cost and forfeiture of security deposit.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • The resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and exercise caution, especially in areas such as the pool and outdoor facilities.
